Amsterdam Airport Schiphol awarded best international airport

Amsterdam Airport Schiphol has once again been honoured with Executive Travel Magazine’s ‘Leading Edge Award’ – a title also conferred in 2008 and 2009. Readers of this US magazine, published by American Express, voted Schiphol as best international airport based on qualities including leadership, customer orientation and vision.

Flights to and from the United States

Six airlines operate flights between the United States and Amsterdam Airport Schiphol: KLM, Delta Air Lines, Continental Airlines, United Airlines, US Airways and ArkeFly. These airlines will carry out a combined average of 169 weekly flights to 16 destinations during the winter period. A total of 106 airlines offer direct flights from Schiphol to 301 destinations all over the globe.
