End of the Personal Security Pass pilot project

Last Monday was the last day of the Personal Security Pass pilot project. Over 1,300 passengers made use of the option to reserve a time slot online for passing through security control at Amsterdam Airport Schiphol. Thanks to the participants, the pilot resulted in plenty of data. We will now analyse all of the data, the interviews and the surveys and, combined with feedback from within our own organisation, turn this into a final evaluation. This evaluation should be ready by the end of January, and will form the basis for the decision on whether or not this will become a permanent service to our passengers.
