Job Verkerke new Schiphol Chief Procurement Officer

As of 1 October, Job Verkerke (42) will be the new Chief Procurement Officer (CPO) of Royal Schiphol Group. As such, Verkerk will be responsible for the procurement of the airport business. Currently employed by Philips, he will be succeeding Marc Unger, who joined AT Osborne as a consultant in April.

Verkerke has had an extensive and productive career in procurement management, fulfilling several positions at Philips in the past eight years. His most recent job there involves global responsibility for the purchase of all personnel, company and mobility services. Prior to Philips, he worked for companies including HERE Technologies and Dobotex – PUMA SE Group.
