Passengers rate Schiphol website and digital services the world's best

Passengers have rated Amsterdam Airport Schiphol's website and digital services as the world's best. This is according to Skytrax's annual customer satisfaction survey of 550 airports worldwide. Schiphol received the 'Skytrax Award for World's Best Airport Website & Digital Services' at the World Airport Awards 2023 for the second year in a row.

Every day, thousands of passengers use our website, app and other digital tools. Our aim is to provide passengers with the best possible service and make their lives easier. This recognition is a compliment to all the colleagues who work hard to achieve this every day.

Passengers make use of a variety of digital tools prior to and during their journey from Schiphol. They can find up-to-date travel information, such as recommended arrival times, current waiting times and travel tips, on Schiphol.nl and in the Schiphol app. And at Schiphol, passengers use various self-service facilities, like check-in and the information zones. Through innovation, Schiphol remains committed to improving services for passengers and to supporting other airports with Aviation Solutions. 

Global benchmark 

The Skytrax World Airport Awards are considered a global benchmark, charting the quality of airports as reported by passengers. The annual Skytrax survey includes more than 550 airports all over the world, making it the largest airport customer satisfaction survey. Passengers of over 100 nationalities shared their experiences in the survey.
