Schiphol chosen by international travellers as airport with the best Customer Service in its shops


International travellers have chosen Schiphol as the airport where you can experience worry-free and enjoyable shopping. The airport has won the Travel Retail Award in the category ‘Best Airport for Customer Service 2019’. This award is based fully on passenger opinions. Around 5,000 international travellers cast their vote, rating the retail staff at various airports on factors such as customer friendliness, pro-active attitude and working approach.

We want the time that passengers spend at Schiphol to be as worthwhile as possible. This is a goal that, together with our retail, catering & service business partners, we always have in our sights.
