Schiphol Real Estate and VolkerWessels in joint land purchase

Schiphol Real Estate and VolkerWessels have jointly purchased 90 hectares of land south of Badhoevedorp. The land was acquired from area development company Chipshol.

A large part of the land will be used to improve Schiphol’s accessibility. The land may also be used for the future extension of Amsterdam’s Noord/Zuid metro line if the project is greenlighted. VolkerWessels and Schiphol Real Estate will join forces to develop another part of the area to create an urban landscape with commercial real estate.
