Schiphol responds to the government’s decision on post-2020 development

Today, the Dutch government made a decision on the post-2020 development of Schiphol.

Dick Benschop, CEO Royal Schiphol Group: “Based on the coalition agreement, the cabinet has opted to take a new approach in order to improve the balance between the benefits and burdens of aviation. We think this is a positive step. There will be room for moderate growth; that is important for our network. Simultaneously, noise disturbance need to decrease. That is important for the quality of the living environment”.
