Sybren Hahn new director of Asset Management at Schiphol

Sybren Hahn (39) will be the new director of Asset Management at Royal Schiphol Group. Sybren Hahn has worked at McKinsey & Company since 2009; as an associate partner, he focused his work on company-wide transformations in the aviation industry. Sybren will start at Royal Schiphol Group on 1 December 2021.

Hanne Buis, Chief Projects & Assets Officer at Royal Schiphol Group, about Sybren’s appointment: “Sybren has a great deal of valuable experience within the aviation sector, both nationally and internationally. He has shown that he is able to resolve complex issues. He has developed and implemented transformative project portfolios for airports, airlines and other players in the travel industry. He connects, innovates and gets things done. That fits well with our aspirations for Asset Management over the coming years. Sustainability and digitalisation will be fundamental.”
