Travel agency at Schiphol Plaza for next step in career journey
For two weeks, a pop-up career travel agency will be located at Schiphol Plaza where visitors can explore the world of Royal Schiphol Group. Staffed by Schiphol Group employees, the travel agency aims to enthuse visitors about work and job vacancies at the company. Those interested can also join a tour of positions in fields such as IT and construction.
Recruiting people goes beyond posting vacancies, especially in a tight labour market. Everyone knows Schiphol as a starting point for holidays, business trips, and visits to friends and family. We want people to realise that it's also a unique place of work with a whole world behind it. And just like booking a holiday, it's sometimes nice to be able to step inside and talk to someone.
The travel agency is also organising tours led by Royal Schiphol Group employees. These tours offer a unique behind-the-scenes look at what is involved in working at Schiphol Group and what positions are available. In addition, the agency offers theme days focusing on topics like apprenticeships and diversity and inclusion.
The careers travel agency will be at Schiphol Plaza from 21 January to 4 February. It can be visited on weekdays between 10:00 and 18:00, and on weekends between 10:00 and 16:00.
