Investigation at Amsterdam Airport Schiphol

22h00: consequences for travellers (last update)

The situation at Schiphol is back to normal and the airport is operating as usual. The airport advises travellers to check schiphol.nl, the Schiphol app or with their airline for the most up-to-date flight information. All planned flights are departing, however several dozen were delayed. None were cancelled.

20h55: Amsterdam Airport Schiphol operating as usual

The Royal Netherlands Marechaussee were investigating a situation and the D-Pier was temporarily closed. Regular operations have now resumed at the airport.
